Stride

Program Overview

Stride is small group training program offered in fall, winter and spring seasons. Spring Stride is for the serious-level travel team athletes.

Spring Stride registration will be through the PlayerFirst Registration Platform.

Spring Stride for Travel Field Players and Travel Goalkeepers opens on Monday March 2 at 9am cst. The link will be emailed to all travel team players.

    Spring Stride is for Travel Team Athletes

    Field Players & Goalies
    Dates: Thursdays, April 9, 16, 23, 30, May 7, 14, 21
    Field Player Age Groups & Times:
    6:00-7:30 pm U12 & U14 (10 per group)
    7:30-9:00 pm U16 & U19 (10 per group)

    Goalkeeper Age Groups & Times: 
    6:00-7:30pm - U14 & U16 Goalkeepers (6 max)
    7:30-9:00pm - U16 & U19 Goalkeepers (6 max)

    Players will be grouped according to ability/skill level development. College Commits will be grouped together for next level training.

    Registration - spots are limited and will be first come, first serve at registration

PROGRAM OFFERINGS

FALL STRIDE - once a week for 6-8 weeks, skills stations and repetition of skill sets. 

WINTER STRIDE - 6-8 week sessions of skills training indoors that emphasizes 100's of touches on the ball and individual skill development

SPRING STRIDE- once a week for 6-8 weeks, skills stations and repetitions of skills sets
