Stride is small group training program offered in fall, winter and spring seasons. Stride is geared toward our Travel Team level players who are looking to get in extra coached hockey training. Stride is for the serious level athlete who is considered an experience field hockey player within their age group. Recommended for players with field hockey experience.

Spring Stride Details
FALL STRIDE - once a week for 6 weeks, skills stations and repetition of skill sets
WINTER STRIDE - 6-8 week sessions of skills training indoors that emphasizes 100's of touches on the ball and individual skill development
SPRING STRIDE- once a week for 6 weeks, skills stations and repetitions of skills sets
